just fyi about the shit phlebotomy nurse - ALWAYS report nurses like that. i've worked with a lot of patients who don't know that they can or think it's just another thing they have to take. and as a patient myself, i know how bad it can be. reporting helps us nurses who want to treat patients well, and it forces nurses who don't to face their actions.
Omg! I can't believe that nurse treated you like that! At the VERY least, she should be fired!
