Anonymous asked: One of my friends recommends that I should see a therapist of some kind, but the few encounters I've had with them have always been unpleasant. Based on these stories, I'm even less inclined to seek therapy -- not to mention that my family doesn't believe in therapy to begin with. What do you guys think? Is therapy actually worth it?
