I can walk for about half an hour tops on my best days. On my worst days you better plan on carrying me or dragging me in a wagon if you intend to walk.

So what if I’m now too tired to do anything? I’m often too tired to do anything AND in pain.

Seriously, the amount of time people have told me that “they think they have chronic mono too” because “they get tired all the time” is absolutely insane. I facepalm so hard.

A very chronically ill valentine’s day:
my parents sent me a valentine’s day care package. It contained: new antacid tablets, vitamin packets, acetaminophen, a star wars lolipop, and band aids. They treat me right ♥ it was in a cute package with hearts ^^

Also I’m not supposed to eat red meat, among other things. Yet somehow I must get enough protein and iron while living on a college campus with little money to work outside my meal plan.

I get brain zaps from loud noises, worse in periods, but idk if it’s from a lingering undetectable Lyme disease, lingering SSRI withdrawal, migraine or something else.
