I seriously hate the medical system of Northern Québec.

I recently had a series of anxiety+depression attacks that lead to a week of insomnia. I finally got some sleep but now my sleeping cycle consists of me being awake during the night and asleep during the day. Which is not helping my anxiety/depression. Joy.

Why don’t doctors do house calls anymore?

I had to staple an extra sheet of allergy info on my college health forms because the few lines they gave me were not enough. My asthma and bipolar info sheets were faxed to them, lest the forms turn into a novella.

I cannot tell you how many times I have to correct people on this. Bipolar disorder is not a joke. It. Is. Hell.

Hence sleep deprivation, hence even more exhaustion, hence more depression… etc., etc., etc.
